Sweven’s Calendar displays all your active tasks in a convenient time-oriented view, according to their duration and deadline. Each card in the calendar represents a Work Order with its ticket number, priority, address, and subject.

Cards are also shown in different colors depending on the status of the Work Order. This helps easily identify the status of the work order in relation to the scheduled times.

The calendar offers three views or layouts in the top right of the screen: Monthly, Weekly, and Daily. The weekly and daily views are shown as stacked items, allowing you to better visualize the work order’s deadline time and overlapping when applicable.

In any of the available views, you can see the details of a Work Order by clicking on a card. The platform will open a new tab and lead you to that specific work order so it can then be quickly modified as needed.
