Site Information
Here, you can enter or assign a Site number and name to differentiate from other nearby or related locations (Warehouse A, Store101, Store 102) and categorize by region, district, and client, in case the same location (a mall, a building) has different assignments from different clients.
The location we set for the site will help you locate the nearest vendor to the site when you assign it to a third party and for their technicians or your in-house team to display the address and navigate using your preferred map application on mobile.
Primary Vendors
A site can be assigned a preferred vendor for each of the trades or «Category Problems» it needs to service.
This Vendor will be your first option when assigning a vendor in a work order.
