Keeping an available list of reliable Vendors can help your business process more work and expand the services you offer to your current or future Clients.

You might already have in mind your top performers, or the Vendors closest to a Site, but this might not always be the case when working for new Clients or in a new territory.

Also, when increasing your outsourcing options you might need to collect a larger number of their certifications and documents and keep them readily accessible; not to mention, keep track of where in the onboarding process these new Vendors are, as not all of them might be approved to perform work or might have moved on to other trades and industries.

Sweven can help you build and keep a Vendor database that you can spring into action by assigning and notifying of new work in seconds.

Adding a Vendors to your Network.

Adding a New Vendor is simple: Add their basic information to upload them to the platform and then set a Status. This Status will help you determine your vendor availability and their current standing in your network.

Managing Client Onboarding

Once a Vendor has been added to your network, you can manage it using the Vendor Pipeline.

Here, you can see the Status we set for this Vendor in the previous step and update it as needed.

How does this help your business?

Keeping an updated list of your Vendors grants you a variety of options to cover the trades you serve.

When a Work Order is ready to be dispatched, a list of the Vendors in your network that cover the Trade selected will be displayed, with the closest available option listed first.

You can also use filters and the search bar to locate a particular Vendor you have added.

Using Sweven, you don’t have to do any guesswork, as your active Vendors, rated by your standards are accessible and ordered.
