Working on a contract and performing emergency calls can be very different processes.

When we work on a contract, we know the dates, times, and even the team members who will be there to perform this work.

Emergency calls or Client requests are different as we cannot predict equipment failure or emergencies, so we need to be more flexible, even having people on call: a foreman or emergency personnel.
