Your clients using Sweven can access a dedicated platform to monitor and provide or retrieve information on tasks directly to you.

This platform also allows clients to create work orders to be performed by your company, allowing for their requests to be submitted in their own words, with the documentation and details on the task coming straight from their office.

Clients can then see each work order displayed and access their details by clicking the Work Order number on the right column and can also filter by their projects or priorities.

Clients can use this platform optionally when you grant them a Sweven Client user. This will help them gain insight into how their projects and moving along and be notified of every change in the tasks they create or have been created in Sweven to process a task.

Creating a work order as a client.

In this vendor portal, a client can submit a task for your company to process by clicking on the «New Requirement» button at the top right of their screen.

This will display a form to be filled with the requirement, its priority, site, problem, and the trade to cover it.

This form also has text boxes to expand on the nature of the task, its description, and the option to attach documentation to better illustrate the work to be performed (pictures, building plans).

Once submitted, this task will be displayed on their client portal pipeline and your own pipeline in the «New» status and «Planning» sub-status.

This lets the client know that their task has been submitted and lets you know that a client has a new requirement to be performed.

A list of the tasks available can be exported to Excel by clients using the export button at the top right of your screen.

This is a process that allows for an automated, direct method of submitting requests from clients, saving time in coordination and provision of documentation and details for a new task without the need for a representative or project manager from your company to handle them one by one.

This also allows for full accountability and monitoring from your clients, who are able to see the progress made on these work orders whenever they access their client portal.
