For example, Work Orders in progress should be supervised to make sure the technician has all he/she needs to finish the job, but Work Orders in Quality Survey status require contacting your client to get their feedback.
When supervising both operations and workload health overall, the Pipeline will help foresee the work to come, diagnose workflow issues, and assess operations efficiency in general.
