Once a vendor’s communication method is set up, it integrates with the regular Work Order lifecycle.
Example Workflow:
Create a work order with the required fields.
Dispatch it to a vendor with communication configured.

The vendor receives notifications via email and SMS (if both are enabled).



The vendor can:
Accept or reject the WO.
Move the WO through workflow stages using action buttons.
Add notes directly to the work order.


This automation reduces manual follow-ups and keeps everything traceable within SWEVEN.
